About the Role:
As an Assistant Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and generating new business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide customers with comprehensive motor insurance solutions.
- Conducting thorough fact-finding to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Overcoming objections and closing sales to achieve sales targets.
- Building strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.

- A starting salary of £23,000 with an OTE of £40,000+ and uncapped commission.
- Opportunities for promotion to Insurance Broker and Senior Insurance Broker within 12-18 months, with regular performance reviews to track your progress.

Experience & Skills required:
- Recent graduate with a strong sales mentality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service or candidates with proven sales experience who are keen to launch their career working as an insurance broker.

Working hours
Candidates need to be flexible to work different shift patterns between the hours of 8:30am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and one Saturday in 3 from 9am to 3pm.
