The key responsibilities of a Finance Assistant will include, but may not be limited to;
- Providing financial administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Ensuring the accuracy of financial data and record-keeping.
- Processing invoices, payments, and receipts promptly.
- Assisting with financial audits and compliance checks.
- Liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders on financial matters.
- Participating in financial planning and project meetings.
- Supporting the team with other finance-related tasks as needed.

A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- Not for Profit and Charities background.
- Clear Enhanced DBS Check.
- Ability to commute to Wigan, Leigh daily.
- A solid foundation in accounting and finance principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
