Overview
A family office focused on commercial real estate development is seeking a Finance Manager to take responsibility for all aspects of finance across the business. If you have experience within finance in a family office setting, then this could be a great role for you.
Responsibilities
- Produce shareholder loan schedules and reports
- Banking administration as well as payment authorisation and reporting
- Liquidity reporting and cash management
- Budget production for construction projects
- Production of company and personal tax returns
- Financing activities for key assets held by the family
- Monthly end-to-end payroll processing and management
- Dealing with external auditors and preparation of audit schedules
- Analyse and suggest pay increases and bonuses for staff
- Administer company pension and employee benefit schemes
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 2 years PQE
- Ideally experience within a family office environment
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate
- Happy to take on adhoc tasks where required to support the business
- A logical thinker with an intellectual curiosity
