Are you ready for a unique and exciting opportunity? Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Temporary Event Assistant in Croatia. With 42 guests and 24 supercars travelling across the picturesque country, this is an experience you don't want to miss!
Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: 3rd September 2024
End Date: 11th September 2024
Driving Required: Yes
Responsibilities:
- Assist with guest registration for the early arrivals ??
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills to ensure seamless event execution ??
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure ?
- Maintain a friendly disposition and provide exceptional customer relations ??
- A driving licence is a bonus, but not mandatory ??
Here's what you can expect:
- Approximately 8-10 hours per day, divided into two 4-5 hour blocks ?
- Enjoy a few hours break in between shifts for some much-needed downtime �?
- We have two teams, allowing for flexible schedules and ample rest for all team members ??
Qualifications:
- Prior event experience �?
- Outstanding organisational skills to keep everything running smoothly ??
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines ?
- A friendly and approachable demeanour to ensure excellent customer relations ??
