My client is a fast-growing diverse group of companies with a growing property portfolio who are looking to recruit an experienced property manager to work closely with the Head of Operations. The role will be based in Sheffield and cover the management of sites across Worksop, Gainsborough, Formby and Halifax .
Key responsibilities include:
Manging the sales of process of new homes in connection with sales agents Working with the trade and snagging team to make sure properties are ready for the handover. Management of external contractors , tenants, and other external organisations Handling short term tenancy agreements and following legislation around renting properties Deal with customers on site and handle customer complaints
The Person
You will have a strong track record of working in property and be able to demonstrate a commercial understanding of property sales and rental markets and also be able to manage subcontractors. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a growing market .
