Our private equity backed client has a strong proposition in their market sector and are a well known business that is growing rapidly. You will be working closely with, and reporting into the Finance Director, driving the strategy and implementing processes and controls. This is a highly visible role in the business and will require you to build relationships with financial and non financial stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day company accounts
- Assist with financial planning and analysis, modeling
- Oversee Budgets, forecasting
- Cash flow, working capital
- Statutory accounting, UK GAAP,IFRS
- Financial reporting, reconciliations
- P&L
- Corporation Tax
- Audit
- Board packs
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant / QBE
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Build relationships with non financial and financial stakeholders
- Private equity experience is advantageous
