Claims Handler opportunities have arisen with a Leading National Law firm based in their Newport offices. Hybrid working will be available, however you will be required to travel to the Newport office on a regular basis.
The firm have a number of opportunities and welcome applications from claims handlers with Insurance, Legal or Financial Service experience or a candidates with a strong Customer Service/Call centre background. This is highly supportive environment and training will be provided.
Skills required:
- Demonstrable experience of following process.
- Solid IT skills with the ability to adapt to case management systems.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate successfully.
- Commercial awareness.
