Fluent Italian Speaking Customer Service/Admin Assistant - Newbury

Are you a fluent Italian speaker with strong administrative and customer service skills? Our client, a reputable medical company based in Newbury, is looking for an Administrator/Customer Service professional to join their team.

In this role, you will remotely provide support to a team in Italy for a period of 3 months. As an Administrator/Customer Service Assistant, you will handle various administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service. This opportunity offers working hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, and an attractive hourly rate of £13.50.

To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Italian. Your ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines will be an asset to our client's team. Previous experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous, but not essential.

Our client's office is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from Newbury Racecourse train station. Initially, you will be required to travel to Newbury for training purposes in your first couple of days.
