Customer Service Advisor
*Previous experience in similar role is a MUST HAVE*
24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client, based in Bury, Manchester.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactive and reactive communication with customers
- Investigating and solving customer problems in a timely manner, escalating to the Customer Services Manager where required
- POD management and communications
- Liaising with planning and transport regarding late and failed deliveries as well as re-booking
- Production of customer reporting and presentations
- Production of internal reporting packs
- Supporting drivers with live issues whilst on delivery
- Supporting the continous improvement of customer services department
- Ensuring system compliance with TMS and Microlise
- Cooperation with finance to ensure correct and timely billing
- Be part of an environment that focuses on continuous improvement which involves sharing ideas and best practice
- Liaison with customer delivery and collection points to handle discrepancies and issues
- Resolution of live issues which includes rebooking and handling of returns
- Optional - Supporting the Planning team with the creation of effective National plans
Desirable skills :
- Customer Services experience
- Previous experience of customer service tools
- Experience of Microlise
- Good conflict management experience
- Able to work well under pressure
- Good level of problem solving and initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Shows passion, right first time attitude, can do approach and respect to others
- Ability to identify and articulate trends
Shift pattern:
Monday to Friday
Possibile 4 on 4 off after few weeks of training
Pay rate:
Basic - £11.44
Manchester, Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, Oldham, Radcliffe, Middleton
