Monday - Friday - No weekends or late night shifts
Basic salary plus up to 30% commission
We are looking for dynamic, tenacious and passionate sales executives to join our successful sales team, this is an amazing opportunity to work within our exciting and growing business.
As a sales representative, you'll be the first point of contact to our traders during their initial joining stage. You will be at the heart of ensuring that we deliver a first- class and consistent customer experience.
You'll discuss our levels of membership and provide the right solution for them
based on their individual needs, converting their accounts into paid memberships.
Ideally,youwillhavesomesalesexperience,however,wearen'talwayslookingfor someone who ticks every single box, we're looking for aspirational people who can make us better with their uniqueexperiences.
The role comes with a combination of a guaranteed salary and an uncapped commissionscheme.Typically,Sales Executives earn between £30k-£40k OTEin their first year, and our top performers can earn more than £60k OTE.

Sales Executive key responsibilities:
- Converting warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach (outbound calls)
- Buildingaportfoliooflong-termrelationshipswithyourcustomers
- Check that the details provided are accurate and tailored to thecustomer's specific needs

About You:
- Previous experience in sales is desirable(but not essential as full training will be provided)
- Passion for sales
- Professional and customer service focusedattitude
- Self-motivated and able to manage ownworkload
- Great communicationskills

- Available to work full time at our Rochford office, Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)
