Parts Sales Executive -HTC greenford- £30,500-35,000 + Bonus

With consultancy services that are unmatched in the industry, HTC Group's headquarters are located in Heathrow, with additional sites in Dunstable, Park Royal, Reading, Oxford, Croydon, Belvedere, Hemel, Guildford and Shoreham.
To maintain and achieve growth for HTC's municipal department by creating a true one stop shop supply chain.
Supply all parts requirements to our customer 17 sites across London and Home Counties.
This can be achieved by physical visits to the customer and encouraging the use of the central municipal hotline. We are then looking to roll this department out to all other municipal customers in the HTC area.
Manage group parts support member with the below:
- Answer overflow parts department calls from all ten depots i.e. process orders/enquiries for the depot and communicate to the teams
- BDM support for quick response times on urgent requests from customers
- Creating and maintaining parts price files and cross references
- Undertake Fiat central billing submission for all ten depots
- Help chase outstanding quotes for customers (Memo Status Report)
