Sales Account Manager

Full-time - Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm and Friday – 9am.3pm

Salary: £26,000 - (plus OTE of £30,000-£40,000 in Year 1; £50,000+ in Year 2)

Work Location: Office based, therefore you must be prepared to reliably commute or plan to relocate to the Crewe area.

As a Sales driven Account manager, you will be an integral part of our client's sales team, responsible for generating business, from warm leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.

This role offers comprehensive training and development, for individuals who are money-motivated and eager to progress further in their career.

You must be confident, to pick up the phone and have conversations with Senior and key decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services

Identify and qualify sales opportunities, closing and building client relationships.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Keep accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A positive and resilient attitude

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Ambitious and target-driven mindset.

Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office

Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided and you will be coached and mentored in your new role.
