General Insurance Consultant (Buildings and Contents)

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a General Insurance Consultant (Buildings and Contents) establishing clients' needs for protecting their home and ensuring they have the right cover in place.
This role has scope for progression within the mortgage and/or protection industry.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a track record of working in a sales, insurance or financial services environment and ability to achieve targets
- Passionate about providing a great customer experience
- Great communication skills
- Positive, professional telephone manner
- Highly organised with strong time management
What you will be doing:
- You will be speaking to potential customers on the phone and undertaking an initial protection fact find.
- Helping clients understand what options they have and additional features available
- Research and present protection solution to meet customer needs
- Staying in contact with clients to ensure the policies are started at the right time
- Taking part in regular 121s and training sessions
What we are offering:
- Basic salary: £27,500 per year (dependant on experience)
- Bonus scheme with OTE of £35k
