Regional Property Manager Field-based Competitive Salary + Car Allowance
Here at Every Step Recruitment, we are actively recruiting for a Regional Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent, hands-on opportunity requiring extensive travel across the Southern Region (STC).
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing inspection, maintenance, and compliance activities across the Southern Region (STC)
- Engaging in site visits and conducting building condition surveys
- Prioritising works effectively, keeping stakeholders informed and managing expectations
- Supervising works and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Managing both in-house staff and contractors, you'll oversee small projects such as minor lifecycle works, building maintenance, office moves and refits etc.
- Dealing with landlord and leasehold matters
- Supporting the development of property life cycle plans
- Managing and adhering to maintenance budgets
- Conducting risk assessments
- Developing mitigation plans
- Contributing to business continuity plans
Skills and attributes required:
- A solid background in property management within the commercial sector, including experience of commercial building services
- Knowledge of commercial property maintenance, with a proven track record of maintaining compliance activities according to industry standards and best practice
- A strong background in Health and Safety management
- Experienced in managing operational budgets
- Proficient in generating reports using MS Office
- A full, clean driving licence
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight in accordance to business needs
