Key Responsibilities:

- Answering Incoming Sales Calls: Provide professional and friendly assistance to customers over the phone.
- Customer Email Management: Respond to customer email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Providing Quotations: Prepare and deliver accurate quotations to customers.
- Customer Assistance: Guide customers through our brochure and website to help them find the information they need.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless completion of tasks.
