The Role:
- Handling Residential Sales and Leasing in U.K primary market / under-construction projects.
- Liaising with buyers to identify their needs.
- Sourcing new listings.
- Conducting viewings.
- Conducting relevant KYC on sellers and buyers.
- Qualifying the financial ability and position of buyers.
- Negotiating offers for purchase between buyers and vendors and agreeing on sales.
- Ensuring consistent feedback to clients regarding the marketing and progress of their property.
- Keeping up to date with local market conditions and factors affecting demand/pricing.
- Identifying opportunities to generate property valuations.
- Coordinating marketing efforts to create listings and market properties.
The Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Estate Agency
- Proven experience in negotiating high-value property sales in U.K primary market.
- Proven track record of generating new listings and property sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail orientated with an exceedingly high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
- Driving License is preferred but not mandatory.
