Key Duties:
- Processing deliveries, courier orders, delivery notes for drivers.
- Liaising with customers and drivers to ensure efficient delivery processes.
- Obtaining driver ETAs.
- Liaising with relevant departments and informing them of any issues.
- Assisting transport planners with routing of trucks.
- Keeping sales up to date.
- Maintaining strong relationships with all departments.
Skills and Experience Required:

- Previous office based experience.
