Annual Pay and Benefits:

  • Salary: £25,000 basic, £40,000 - £70,000 OTE per year

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join the largest independent used car supersite in the Northwest, based in Manchester. With 65 years of experience in providing nearly new and used cars, our client is known for their competitive prices and hassle-free customer experience.

As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our ongoing growth strategy, joining a successful team that thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering outstanding customer service, building lasting relationships with customers, and providing the right package, including finance and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities for the Car Sales Executive:

  • Deliver exceptional service to every customer, ensuring a memorable experience both in the showroom and over the phone.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, guiding them through every step of the sales process from order to delivery.
  • Provide customers with the best finance and insurance options, ensuring they are excited about the extensive range of used cars available.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Excel as a team player, ensuring that the sales team meets its monthly goals ahead of deadlines.

The ideal Car Sales Executive will have:

  • Experience in face-to-face sales, particularly in the used car sector.
  • Knowledge of FCA compliance, retail finance, and insurance products.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and a proven track record in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
