Finance Administration Support Remote based UK

We are proud to have partnered with our client who is one of the UK's largest travel companies which focuses on leisure and business travel.

Our client is now recruiting for a Travel Finance Admin Assistant to join their finance team and to be responsible for the back-office finance administration of a selection of Travel Agents, BACS, CHAPS and SEPA bank transfers and account reconciliation.

Candidates must have a background within travel and have strong working knowledge of excel, no previous finance experience is required.

This role is offered on a fully remote basis based anywhere within the UK.

Travel Finance Admin Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Process Supplier Payments
  • ACS, CHAPS and SEPA bank transfers
  • Conduct general back-office administration duties
  • Liaise with Travel Suppliers
  • Assist with Adhoc Finance duties supporting the Finance Team Manager
  • Travel Admin Assistant Experience Required:
  • Background within travel
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel with knowledge of formulas
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner to be able to build relationships with business partners/suppliers by phone & email

Travel Finance Admin Assistant Salary and Benefits

  • Base Salary £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
  • Potential company bonus up to 10% of base salary per annum
