Our client is now recruiting for a Travel Finance Admin Assistant to join their finance team and to be responsible for the back-office finance administration of a selection of Travel Agents, BACS, CHAPS and SEPA bank transfers and account reconciliation.
Candidates must have a background within travel and have strong working knowledge of excel, no previous finance experience is required.

This role is offered on a fully remote basis based anywhere within the UK.
Travel Finance Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
- Process Supplier Payments
- ACS, CHAPS and SEPA bank transfers
- Conduct general back-office administration duties
- Liaise with Travel Suppliers
- Assist with Adhoc Finance duties supporting the Finance Team Manager
- Travel Admin Assistant Experience Required:
- Background within travel
- Strong working knowledge of Excel with knowledge of formulas
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Good telephone manner to be able to build relationships with business partners/suppliers by phone & email
Travel Finance Admin Assistant Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
- Potential company bonus up to 10% of base salary per annum
