Mortgage Case Manager

In this role, you will manage mortgage cases from inception to completion, working closely with a partnered mortgage broker and a dedicated administration team. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining the company's reputation for exceptional service, reflected in its outstanding 5/5 review scores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Assessment: Evaluate and organize client documents to ensure all necessary paperwork is in place to compliantly progress cases.
  • Data Management: Accurately input data to lenders and provide the relevant information required to support lending decisions.
  • Liaison Duties: Communicate with clients, lenders, underwriters, solicitors, and estate agents to secure mortgage offers and see cases through to completion.
  • Client Support: Assist mortgage brokers in managing client expectations and ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
  • Customer Service: Answer client calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing the highest level of service.
