Day to day of the role:
- Work within class under the direction of the teacher, supporting students with their learning activities.
- Collaborate with one or two subject departments, fostering close working relationships and enhancing subject expertise.
- Assist students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), helping them bridge learning gaps.
- Provide a balance of care and support while maintaining high expectations and adherence to school rules.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
