Key responsibilities:
- Conducting and interpreting quantitative analysis.
- Providing expert advice on quantitative evidence.
- Assisting in the preparation of policy papers and briefings.
- Representing the organisation at meetings and events.
- Collaborating with external stakeholders to gather data and insights.
- Supporting the wider research team with research and analysis tasks.
- Ensuring all work is aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.

Research Officer

Essential:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences
- Ability to present and interpret quantitative data, drawing out insight and key findings.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with a range of stakeholders within the Not-for-Profit sector
- Ability to understand the wider policy environment, identify the motivations and needs of different stakeholders, and the policy issues.
- Ability to manage a workload across multiple projects, prioritise, and deliver to deadlines that can change.
