Bookkeeper

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to support a diverse range of businesses? We're seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper who is looking for an organisation who will support with career development to join a growing team and help clients stay on top of their finances with accuracy and care.

What you'll do:

  • Manage monthly bookkeeping for clients across various industries.
  • Process sales and purchase invoices.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Prepare and post journals, including payroll, depreciation, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Produce VAT returns for review and submission.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and colleagues to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and contribute to delivering an excellent client experience.

About you:

  • AAT Level 2 qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • Confident using Xero or similar cloud accounting software.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator and team player.
  • Skilled at managing time and prioritising tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
