We are currently seeking a dedicated Co-ordinator of Health and Social Care who is passionate about teaching and has a proven track record in delivering exceptional educational results.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Co-ordinate the work of the Health and Social Care team, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Manage the learning of students enrolled in vocational Health courses.
- Oversee Health and early years enrichment activities at the site.
- Provide outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment experiences, stretching and challenging students to excel.
- Ensure students are well-prepared and confident about their future careers and life outside the academic environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in delivering BTEC Health and Social Care, T Level Health, or Early Years provision.
- Ability to set high standards for both self and others and drive excellent academic results.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and coordinating a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating students.
- Commitment to professional development and well-being, aligned with the Sixth Form's mission.
