We are currently seeking a dedicated Co-ordinator of Health and Social Care who is passionate about teaching and has a proven track record in delivering exceptional educational results.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Co-ordinate the work of the Health and Social Care team, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Manage the learning of students enrolled in vocational Health courses.
  • Oversee Health and early years enrichment activities at the site.
  • Provide outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment experiences, stretching and challenging students to excel.
  • Ensure students are well-prepared and confident about their future careers and life outside the academic environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in delivering BTEC Health and Social Care, T Level Health, or Early Years provision.
  • Ability to set high standards for both self and others and drive excellent academic results.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and coordinating a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating students.
  • Commitment to professional development and well-being, aligned with the Sixth Form's mission.
