Job
The role of Financial Accountant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Preparation of accurate accounting journals, reports and data for month-end close for assigned entities
- Management of balance sheet reconciliations with prompt communication
- Assist in the review and preparation of the draft income statements
- Support all internal and external audit requests
- Preparation and timely submission of VAT filings, tax returns and compliance documents
- Maintain knowledge of SOX control environment and build key relationships
You
As a Financial Accountant, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- Ideally a Part-Qualified Accountant with professional experience of the above
- Keen to learn & develop
- Understanding of internal control processes
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Experience with large ERP systems would be beneficial
- Ability to advocate guidelines and policies effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Previous exposure to SoX control environment is advantageous
