Onboarding Administrator
A well-established organisation based in Newtownabbey, are currently seeking an experienced Onboarding Administrator to join their team.
This is a Full-time, temporary position with the potential to be made permanent.
Working hours: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Hourly rate: from £12.99 to £16.48 (dependant on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Essential Criteria:
- At least 2 years Administration experience in a busy office environment
- Resilience, self-motivation and a positive can-do attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to delivery to tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritise workload and deal with confidently with demanding situation, people and requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player, whilst also able to work using own initiative: and
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office software
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out the onboarding process as per the onboarding checklist for candidates in line with company, client and legislative requirements.
- Accurately updating company management system
- Assist in supplier onboarding
- Taking minutes of meetings and circulating in a timely fashion including agreed action points where relevant.
- Providing accurate reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis as required
- Liaison with external suppliers when required
- Completing CVs as requested
- Other administrative support as required.
