We are seeking an Investment Admin Associate to join our Transfers Team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives under pressure, and is looking to make an impact in the finance industry. As an Investment Admin Associate, you will ensure the smooth operation of client accounts and work closely with your team to process and quality check work on the same day.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Processing client requests efficiently and supporting continuous improvements to our platform.
  • Collaborating with other teams within Operations and communicating with advisers to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Handling all aspects of asset transfers, both cash and in specie, using various tools such as the Origo Transfer Service and Equisoft/transfers.
  • Liaising with other firms, Advisers, Fund Managers, and account providers to ensure transfers are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Contributing to team efforts by being cross-trained and supporting sub-teams to provide the best service to clients.
  • Actively participating in the development and improvement of team processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain good communication skills.
  • Well-organised, efficient, accurate, and self-reliant with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Energetic, collaborative, proactive, and optimistic with a ‘can do' attitude.
  • Willingness to challenge current processes and senior team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and platform operations is desirable but not essential.

Desirable skills for the role:

  • At least 6-12 months experience in a similar administration-based role
  • An understanding of ISA and SIPP regulations
  • Previous experience within a platform
  • An understanding of FCA CASS 6, 7 and 8 rules
