Hours: Full time, 6 Month Contract

Role Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organised Learning Hub Assistant to support daily operations and provide excellent service to learners and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist at the front desk, including signing out resources.
- Help learners with digital skills, such as using Google tools.
- Support in resetting passwords and basic technical assistance.
- Ensure the Learning Hub is tidy and well-organized.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic digital literacy and experience using common digital tools.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a welcoming environment.
