Location: South Hertfordshire | Primary work in Watford + opportunities in surrounding areas
Pay: £145-£155 per day

As a KS1 Supply Teacher with Randstad Education, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools across Watford and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting the development of young children's educational and social skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive and productive learning environment
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support where needed
- Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a smooth and effective teaching experience
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all students
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all pupils
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is ESSENTIAL
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student development
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various schools and settings
