HR Project Manager

Seeking an HR Project Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will be responsible for supporting the roll out of a new HR technology across the organisation.

The role will work as part of a cross functional team and will lead the engagement and stakeholder management across the business to embed the technology successfully. This will include:

  • Managing pilot groups from initial communication, to driving adoption and gaining feedback to drive improvements and changes required
  • Engaging with the HR Business Partner population drive the adaptation of ways of working with their business functions to drive adoption
  • Work with the People Services team to evolve ways of working with the new technology

This is an exciting project to be involved and requires someone with experience of HR project/programme management within complex organisations.

This role is an urgent requirement and requires someone with immediate availability.
