Group Assistant Accountant Role
NC Associates are working with a forward thinking and market leading service sector organisation based near Preston in Lancashire to assist in recruiting a Part-qualified Group Assistant Accountant. My client is looking for a confident and ambitious Assistant Accountant who can help support the Group Accountant and management team in preparing timely management accounts for various entities within the business. As a Group Assistant Accountant you will have lots of progression and support to help build on your existing experience.
Group Assistant Accountant Responsibilities -
- Preparing the monthly consolidation of financial results
- Supporting monthly management accounts reporting pack preperation
- Supporting monthly forecasting pack preperation
- Periodical budget consolidation report preperation
- Supporting the finance function by developing and managing financial models
- Provide ad-hoc management reports.
- Undertake other projects as required
Group Assistant Accountant Experience Required -
- Part qualified CIMA/ACCA Accountant or AAT Qualified
- Service sector accounting background advantageous
- Good proficiency in Excel (v look ups & pivot tables).
- Excellent data entry and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- An enthusiastic and positive approach to tasks and duties with a desire to develop in your career.
