Salary: £40,000-£50,000 + car allowance

We are seeking a Brand Manager with a passion for brand development and a proven track record in managing consumable products or FMCGs. This role is ideal for someone who is up to date with the latest B2B marketing trends and best practices, and who possesses excellent communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind owning, managing, and developing two of our four core brands, ensuring market share growth in line with our targets.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Own, manage, and develop two core brands and their associated product ranges to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales and marketing collateral.
  • Develop marketing materials for product releases and updates.
  • Present new products, features, and benefits to internal and external customers.
  • Analyse sales data and market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Drive competitor analysis and support targeted campaigns.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis metrics for senior leadership teams.
  • Engage with customers to understand requirements and develop insights for future product development.
  • Monitor industry trends and anticipate future developments.
  • Recommend strategies for brand growth and monitor brand performance through KPIs.
  • Manage brand assets and communicate updates.
  • Work with internal marketing teams to develop and implement campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales penetration.
  • Maintain and grow brand affiliations and partnerships.
  • Act as the Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's voice and personality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated integrity in work and interactions with others.
  • Previous experience in brand development and managing consumable products or FMCGs.
  • Knowledge of the latest B2B marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of sales in the professional cleaning and hygiene sector.
  • Data-driven mindset with an affinity for numbers and the ability to present key findings.
  • Creative thinking paired with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
  • Resilience and motivation to manage relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to confidently push change and direction as a strong team player.
  • Availability to represent the brand at conferences, trade fairs, and shows.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
  • Must have a valid driving licence.
