Howells are working with a leading social housing/regeneration contractor to recruit a proactive Contracts Manager to deliver internal and external refurbishment projects to housing association properties in North West London.
All projects are part of long-term frameworks or quoted works including internal and external refurbishment schemes, kitchens/bathrooms, window replacements, roofing renewals, cyclical decorations, full refurbs, major voids etc.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager looking to progress with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing multiple contracts and leading a team of Site Supervisors, Site Managers, and multi-disciplined tradespeople
Key Skills for the Contracts Manager
- Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified
- Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects
- Focus on the motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
- Focus on quality, customer service and deliver
- Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering extra works
- Client and tenant customer satisfaction
- Process Management
- Management of the customer
- Have an understanding of the financials on the contract
- Customer liaison skills

You will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the group's success. This is a full-time, permanent role for which you will receive up to £70,000 + Package.
