Reed Finance are partnered with a repeat client who are recruiting a new Finance Business Partner (Transitions) to join their Finance function on a permanent basis. This dynamic manufacturing and distribution company has a global presence and is continuing to grow, as such, they are looking for an experience Finance professional who has extensive experience within project management roles and is able to partner effectively across a business. Reporting to the FD, you will be managing transitions with the UK, US, and overseas entities including software and processes, and will play a key role in supporting the delivery of large scale programmes including compliance and best practice.
Ket responsibilities include:
- Partnering and collaborating with Finance and other business units to manage change programmes
- Ensuring robust best working practices are in place and cascading that to various teams
- Developing plans to deliver change to teams, managing RAIDs, and bringing people on board with change
This role would be suited to an experienced accountant who has been business partnering within a projects-based environment, with demonstrable experience managing and delivering projects themselves.
This role offers a salary of circa £60k plus bonus and good benefits, flexible hybrid working as standard (2 days in Witney offices), and supportive and friendly working environment.
