Job Title: Interim Quality & Compliance Manager
Department: Group
Reports to: Chief People Officer
Relationships: All business functions, external regulators, and suppliers
Length: 6 months
Hybrid: Yes
Location: London (1-2 days a week) and Chelmsford (2 days a Month)
My client has an immediate requirement to bring in an interim to ensure that we are compliant and competent in the following key areas as well as managing the BAU aspect of the Job role:
- To ensure they are compliant with The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). - January 2025
- Transition to ISO 27001:2022 - February 2025
- Establish effective document control for the business - transition wiki to SharePoint - February 2025
- ISO compliance for Climate Control - February 2025
This individual will need 5 years of experience working with multiple stakeholder groups within a software delivery environment. You will be promoting the highest quality of standards across the whole group for all core business processes, procedures and policies to ensure they are fit for purpose and fully compliant.
