Finance Manager
Northampton Based- Hybrid
Morgan McKinley is working with a growing SME business in Northampton that is looking to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finalist/ newly qualified accountant or someone eager to make their first move into industry. Reporting to the Head of Finance, and working closely with the CFO, you will take ownership of the entire finance function, managing end-to-end financial processes, reconciliations, ledger management, financial reporting, and implementing robust financial controls.
The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder with proficiency in Sage software and a strong understanding of accounting principles. You will work closely with internal teams to provide key financial insights, support decision-making, and ensure that effective financial controls are in place. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external stakeholders to ensure compliance and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, maintaining accuracy and integrity across all financial data.
