My client based in Borehamwood is recruiting for a Warehouse Trainer/Supervisor to join the team.
The Role:
- 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- Salary £30k plus £2k out of hours shift allowance (for 1 week in 7 very few call outs annually)
- KPI linked bonus £1700 per year
- Implementing training for all warehouse staff
- Making sure all warehouse staff are up to date with their training
- Creating new training plans
- Making sure H&S and compliance is up to date
- Deputising for Warehouse Supervisor when needed (occasional)
This is a great role for an experienced Warehouse candidate looking for a position where they can utilise skills and knowledge to enhance the team.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse supervisor/team lead or management experience
- Keen to train others
- Good communication skills
- FLT REACH TRUCK experience
- Ideally a background in PHARMA / FOOD or Manufacturing
