Field Sales Executive
Package:
£24k basic salary + commission (OTE - £75k)

I am representing a rapidly expanding energy company making significant progress in the EC04 Energy Efficiency sector. Currently, their sales team consists of 7 Field Sales Executives. To support growth, our client is seeking to hire additional Field Sales Executives throughout Wales.
The sales team uses a custom mobile app to find properties that qualify for the Government-Backed ECO4 Scheme. Eligible households can receive free funding to lower their energy bills and upgrade to renewable heating and solar panels.
Successful candidates who start as Field Sales Executives will have the opportunity to advance to a Team Leader position. Upon achieving £10k in sales in a single month, the Field Sales Executive can be promoted to manage their own team and region.
Your Responsibilities:
- Use the mobile app to identify homes eligible for the ECO4 Scheme.
- Make daily cold calls to potential customers.
- Track and manage your own KPIs in the sales app to meet weekly targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with property portfolio owners to enhance your sales pipeline.
Ideal candidate will:
- Possess a full UK Driver's License and have their own vehicle.
- Reside in Wales.
- Be determined and confident, with the ability to generate new customers weekly.
- Be motivated and willing to go the extra mile to achieve high earnings in a demanding role.
- Have strong organisational skills and be proficient in completing daily computer administrative tasks
Preferred Experience:
