The successful candidate will have proven administration experience and will be someone who can effectively keep up with a high-volume of work. Job Title: Administrator

Type: 14-month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

Location: Bracknell

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entering proposals, quotes and agreements into the database with accuracy
  • Assigned quotes correctly and efficiently
  • Provide welcome packs and confirmation details to new vendors and clients
  • Handling customer queries surrounding invoices, amending personal and bank details, and credits
  • Liaise with the credit team to ensure background checks are completed for credit decisions
  • Ensuring the database is always up-to-date, especially around month-end, quarter-end and year-end
  • Ensuring all held information is compliant with FCA laws

  • Excellent team player, who can work effectively with others in sharing a workload
  • Strong and confident communication skills
  • Able to manage your own workload
  • Organised with an eye for detail
  • Happy to get stuck in
