Our client is an exciting company, based in Bicester who is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant temp to support their team for 6 months!
Your new role
- Entering invoices into the accounts payable system
- Processing payments
- Filing and maintaining supplier records
- Checking and verifying invoices
- Preparing cheques for payment
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor
- Financial administration
- Using SAP
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience of working in an accounts payable role
- Experience of using SAP (desirable)
- Good competency level on EXCEL
- You will be a great communicator
- Ability to deal with incoming queries
- Strong numerical ability
What you'll get in return

- £26,000 - £28,000 annual salary

- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
