A vibrant nursery in Chorley is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our team, starting as soon as possible. We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing high-quality early years care and education, fostering a love of learning in our youngest learners.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting, working with a range of ages and developmental stages.
  • You will implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences, promoting the children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
  • You will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and be able to plan and deliver engaging and stimulating activities.
  • You will be committed to the well-being of each child, fostering a safe, secure, and nurturing environment.
  • You will work collaboratively with other staff members, ensuring consistency and high standards of care.
  • You will be adaptable and flexible, able to work effectively with a range of children's needs.

Essential Criteria:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care
  • Experience of working with children in a nursery setting
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for early years education and a commitment to providing high-quality care

Details:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Pay rate: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour, depending on experience
