EAC are representing a Market Leading Organisation in Milton Keynes. They are growing and looking for a French Speaking IT Engineer to join the team.

Salary £25,000 - £30,000
Duties for the IT Engineer
- Providing first and second line IT support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Calling out to site if the issue can't be fixed remote
- Carrying out IT support requests onsite
- Managing ownership of a ticket from start to finish
- Perform routine system software updates
- Maintain accurate records on the internal system
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Flexible to travel if and when required (minimal)
Ideal IT Engineer
- Fluent in French
- Excellent PC problem solving skills
- Proven experience in a similar IT role
- Provide excellent customer service
- Proven ability to configure, troubleshoot and maintain a variety of Windows Server
- Strong Communication over the phone when dealing with Clients
- Exceptional organisational skills and time management
- Full UK Driving License
