A highly regarded and hugely successful Service Business is looking for a Financial Controller to join them. You'll be joining in a newly created role to support the business during a period of growth.

This is a permanent role based in the business' South-West London office
Financial Controller - The Role
- Overseeing smooth daily financial operations
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, working closely with the Group Finance Director
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Acting as the key contact for the parent company, aligning financial processes and reporting
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
- Manage day-to-day cash flow and working capital
- Overseeing audits, payroll, VAT, and tax filings
- Supporting any financial system rollouts and process improvements
- Providing insights and recommendations for business decisions
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Financial Controller - The Person
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Part/fully-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent or QBE
- Similar service-based industry experience is beneficial but not essential
- Available immediately or on short notice
