Recruitment Administrator

We have a new opportunity within DK Recruitment for an experienced Administrator to join a fast-paced team. You will be required to support the business with all recruitment administrative duties. Working within an experienced team of professionals to give support to always ensure best practise.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, be very driven and motivated with excellent communication and customer service skills, be confident on the phone and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties:

  • Respond and support to applications/CVs.
  • Assist with Recruitment processes, writing Job descriptions, advertising, logging information.
  • Maintenance of the Recruitment Database/Systems/CRM. Updating candidate records.
  • Supporting with applications, security paperwork and compliance.
  • Managing administration processes.
  • Support with ad hoc duties.
  • Make calls to prospective candidates.
  • CV Searching/finding prospecting candidates.
  • Respond to emails.

Experience/Skills:

  • Excellent IT skills, include word & excel.
  • Able to coordinate at all levels across the business.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills & attention to detail.
  • Professional and confidential.

  • A great team player.
  • Motivated, driven and confident.

This role will be based on a Temp to Perm contract.
