My client is looking for a temporary worker to provide information and support to residents on the repair and improvements works across Asset Management.
They require someone who can facilitate the smooth running of thier site works by building and maintaining positive relationships between the residents, contractors and SCH staff. Promote and instil a culture of customer focus within the Asset Management Service.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with appointed contractors and in the house work force to ensure that they fulfil their customer liaison functions and responsibilities.
- Produce and oversee the production of appropriate communication material, e.g. letters, leaflets, newsletters for distribution or display, social media in relation to repair and improvement works.
- Visit residents directly to explain the nature and scope of works involved, conduct a ‘site introduction', ascertain their individual requirements, arrange appointments/start dates and monitor access to individual properties.
Make daily visits, where applicable, to works in progress.
Manage and administer customer satisfaction works and complaints, to corporate timescales and produce meaningful management information.
- Where appropriate, consult with customers, leaseholders and resident representative groups and arrange meetings to communicate information about programmes, receive feedback etc.
- Provide support and take ownership for the investigation of complaints in accordance with the SCH Complaints Policy.
- Work closely with the Asset Management Staff, Charges and Incomes Team and leaseholders regarding service and other charges for works undertaken under the various programmes.
