Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Chase overdue monies owed to the business via email and phone
- Liaise with third party debt collectors and proceed legally where required
- Manage credit limits for current clients
- Checking and putting in place credit limits and updating for existing and prospective clients
- Streamline processes where required and put forward new ideas
- Manage the central inbox
- Putting clients on stop and putting in place payment plans
Profile
Successful candidate will possess:
- Worked in a similar environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft proficient
- Ability to work to timed deadlines
Job Offer
Salary up to £30,000 per annum + 25 days holiday + free on site parking + Office Based + EAP + Buy and Sell Holidays.
