Assure Personnel are pleased to be supporting our Innovative Technology Consultancy client, who deliver complex and critical projects to some of the most established companies worldwide. They are looking for an experienced Marketing and Creative Manager to join their team in Romford.
The Role:
My client is seeking a visionary Marketing & Creative Manager to lead and shape their marketing strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of their marketing efforts and to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the company. You will have the autonomy to develop and execute strategic campaigns, work closely with the Directors and Sales Manager, and eventually build and lead a marketing team as they scale.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with founders, taking full responsibility of marketing and creative strategy
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Manage social media accounts
- Create marketing content
- Working alongside the sales team to drive lead generation

Criteria
- Proven experience as a Marketing and Creative Manager or employment in a similar role
- Previous employment within a fast-growth technology company or consultancy
- Experience with B2B marketing
- Proficient in creating and marketing brand campaigns, as well as digital marketing strategies
- Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytic, and social media platforms
- Experience with website content management systems and related marketing tools
- Outstanding communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to manage and successfully prioritise
