We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Associate to join our clients Corporate Real Estate team in Exeter, specifically within the Retail, Leisure, Logistics & Occupiers sectors. This role is pivotal in providing commercial property support to the busy property department, focusing on landlord and tenant work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality legal advice across a broad range of commercial property matters with a strong focus on landlord and tenant issues.
- Take responsibility for managing your own case-load, while assisting senior team members with complex transactions.
- Support marketing efforts by contributing to literature, writing reports, and seeking networking opportunities.
