Our client, an innovative and dynamic organisation based in High Wycombe, is seeking a dedicated Fulfilment Coordinator to ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer orders. As a Fulfilment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in handling customer interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and managing detailed administrative tasks to support the fulfilment process.

?? Contacting Customers:

You will excel in discussing project requirements, equipment updates, and delivery schedules with our valued customers. Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you liaise daily with customers via email and telephone.

?? Sales Order Processing:

Your keen eye for detail will be put to good use as you review and process customer sales orders onto Sage. Verifying addresses, order details, and project information will be a part of your routine, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.

?? Picking Tickets for Despatch:

Generate daily and weekly picking tickets, allocate stock, and prepare tickets for our talented Production Supervisor. By screening printing and referencing the DB to picking tickets, you will contribute to a seamless fulfilment operation.
