Sales Ledger Support - Hybrid work schedule

Flexi working hours.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and the internal business to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the sales ledger process.

Job Spec:

  • Managing the day-to-day sales ledger
  • Issuing invoices
  • Liaising and communicating with internal teams and customers to resolve any queries
  • Reconciliation of customer statements
  • Setting up of new customers
  • Proactive management of Debtors
  • Produce monthly Revenue reports
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Assist the Purchase Ledger clerk during busy times in the month
  • General accounts admin

Person spec:

  • Experience working within sales ledger
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
